Order Online



All prices include sales tax that has already been added. You can choose between sending a paper gift certificate by US Mail (purple design only) or a .pdf file through email (choice of purple or grey design) for faster delivery! You can update your total within the shopping cart if you would like to order multiples of any option. We also have the option to add gratuity to your purchase if you don't want your recipient to have to cover that aspect on their own. Fill out the "special instructions" box to let us know how to attach gratuity or add-ons to services when multiple services are purchased. We keep track of all gift certificates through the purchaser's name, so there's no chance of them being redeemed twice and if your recipient loses their gift certificate we can always look up the transaction for them. Gift certificates never expire, purchases will not be refunded and cannot be redeemed for cash.

US Mail orders

• Purple design only available.

• A paper gift certificate is sent to the shipping address you provide at checkout at no additional charge for postage.
• Orders placed in the mail within 2 business days but allow up to a week for delivery.

• Check the address carefully to prevent it being returned for incorrect address information.

• Specify any personal message you would like included with the gift certificate in the “special instructions” area.
• If you use Google Checkout for payment, special instructions or message accompaniments need to be emailed to jenn@kneadedhour.com since it uses a separate shopping cart that does not have this option.

Email orders

• Choice of purple or grey design available.

• A .pdf file is sent as an attachment via email to the email address you provide at checkout within 2 business days.
• Certificates are generated manually so they will not be received immediately after payment but will be emailed as promptly as possible within 2 business days.

• Please check your email address carefully before ordering and put jenn@kneadedhour.com in your approved senders.
• If you have not received the gift certificate within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or call (614)737-3838.
• If you use Google Checkout for payment, do not anonymize your email address during checkout to ensure proper delivery of your gift certificate. Also, special instructions need to be emailed to jenn@kneadedhour.com since it uses a separate shopping cart that does not have this option.
