Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things happen.  We ask that if you must cancel your appointment, you give us as much notice as possible so that we can try to refill the spot.  24 hours notice would be appreciated. 

 

Our cancellation policy exists for those people who have no regard for the fact that we are losing income when appointments are made that aren't kept and couldn't be refilled because they weren't even cancelled.  No-shows.

 

If you no-show, you will be expected to pay for the missed session due to loss of income at a minimum of the introductory hour rate.  Before we will book another appointment for you, the cost of the appointment you failed to cancel plus the cost of the new session must be paid in advance.  Cancellations with less than an hours notice will be treated as a no-show without evidence of an emergency situation.

 

If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice and you're a new client, you will not be eligible to receive the introductory rate.  If you're a returning client, you will be charged a $20 fee on your next visit.  If you cancel with less than 4 hours notice 2 times in a row, you will be required to pay any cancellation fees and the full session price in advance before we will book an appointment for you.

 

Late Arrival

Clients arriving late for their scheduled appointment may receive a shortened service and the charge will remain the same. Please plan to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled massage.

 

Tipping

Tips are never expected but always appreciated!.

 

Inappropriate Behavior

Any sexually suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of your massage.  You will be charged for the full price of the session.
