  • The voucher promotion is now expired, but all is not lost.  I am allowing you to apply the amount you paid toward any full price massage for another entire year past the expiration date.  You may have lost out on getting a massage for cheap, but you haven't lost your money.  It's still like having a partial gift certificate.   It cannot be used in conjunction with the intro rate discount or any other coupons or discounts.  All the printed terms still apply (24 hour cancellation, limit 1 per person, etc).

  • You can use the amount paid toward ANY type of full price massage, not just the type of service you purchased.  Also, an essential oil sea salt foot scrub will be included free of charge, unless you specify you don't want it.  I will also be offering a discount on your second massage.  So if you come in twice, you'll still be getting a pretty sweet deal.

  • Check the calendar within the appointment scheduler CLOSELY to make sure you don't book a date you didn't intend.

  • Enter the voucher number in the "message for your service provider" section BEFORE you click the "book it" button. You will be charged full price if you fail to provide this information. Also mention if you're pregnant and the number of weeks.

  • Appointment requests by email are only accepted for returning clients.  If you make your appointment by phone, you're welcome to provide your email address to receive an email reminder of your appointment time.  We do NOT call to confirm these appointments.

  • New clients need to arrive at least 5 minutes early to fill out a quick intake form.  The form must be filled out before your appointment can begin, and late arrival does not extend your time.  Alternately, you can print the client information form from the client forms page found here, fill it out ahead of time and bring it with you.

  • Be prepared to pay sales tax.  Massage is taxable in Ohio.  If you would like to avoid paying sales tax, bring in a prescription for massage from a licensed physician or chiropractor and you will become tax exempt.
